Remove all WooCommerce Schema

    We are using a third party reviews plugin that automatically injects woocommerce product schema markup into our pages.

    Unfortunately, Google is ignoring this data as the RankMath generated schema is adding duplicated product schema which doesn’t contain our review data, hence we’re losing the review ratings.

    Is it possible to disable the WooCommerce product schema completely in RankMath, so that our other plugin takes priority?

    Thank you for contacting Rank Math today.

    Yes this is possible, you can easily turn this off by heading over to Rank Math > Titles & Meta > Products > Schema Type and set this to none.

    Hi,

    Thanks for your reply. I have checked, and this setting is already set to “none”, yet the markup still shows.

    If I disable RankMath completely in the plugins page, the schema vanishes when running another structured data test, hence it proves the schema is still coming from RankMath.

    Any other suggestions?

    Hi Bob,

    You can disable the Schema coming from Rank Math by going to the product and then choosing none from the Schema tab:
    null
