    We purchased a pro subscription for Rank Match and have been trying to reinstate it but we’re struggling – can you help to reinstate the pro subscription please?

    I have uploaded our receipt for the plan.

    It seems like you have purchased the PRO subscription using a different email address. Please share the email address or use a tool like https://imgbb.com/ to share a screenshot of the receipt.
