From what I can gather from the thread is that we suggested that you seek a feed plugin that can add the <Image></Image> tags on the RSS feed.
We may not be able to help in this but you can seek some additional clarification from the RSS push plugin author.

I have searched for many plugins but could not find the suitable plugin for me. It would be better if you suggested a plugin.

I am afraid that I cannot find a suitable plugin offering this feature out of the box.
You may have to seek the services of a freelance developer so that they can integrate this functionality. I can suggest that you get in touch with the guys from Codeable so that they can help further.
