If that URL is appearing multiple times in the Index Status tab, please follow the steps below to delete old analytics data and start a fresh import:
After rebuilding the analytics index of posts, go to Rank Math > General Settings > Analytics, and under “Analytics Database”, click “Update Data Manually”.
Your analytics should update to the latest data after that.
Also, you should use the URL inspection tool of your GSC account and submit the URL to update its status if it’s not returning a 404.
