    Hi!

    I run two businesses. For one of them (menswearonline.co.uk) I’ve been using Rankmath for a long time (2 years) and for another one (teapro.co.uk) I’ve only recently decided to switch from Yoast SEO to Rankmath.

    For some reason I was under the impression that with the PRO plan, you can only have 1 website per account, so I bought a separate RankMath subscription.

    However, today I checked again and it says you can have up to 5 websites.

    That’s why I’d like to get to cancel this account’s subscription (I bought it on 12th July, so I’m still within the 30-day period). I will use the license from my other account.

    Thank you for contacting the support, and sorry for any inconvenience that might have been caused due to that.

    As requested, we have initiated a refund on your requested transaction. You should see a credit for the refund appear on your credit card statement anytime between now and the next 5 to 7 business days.

    If you used a debit card for the payment, the refund might take up to 30 days to appear on your statement. Please note that refunds for international transactions can take up to 10 days to appear for credit cards or up to 60 days for debit cards.

    For PayPal, it’s always almost instant.

    And you can use the PRO version on unlimited personal sites, not on only 5 websites.
