    How did this end up in the public forum? I clicked on support ticket.

    You are using a Rank Math Free account. The free forum is publicly available but you can always share sensitive data with us in the Sensitive Data section of this ticket, and only you and us would be able to see it. On the other hand, the Rank Math PRO forum is private by default.

    Regarding your request for a refund, could you please clarify if you have a PRO account? If you do, kindly send us a copy of your receipt from FastSpring.com. You can easily search your inbox for an email from them and share it with us. To send us any images or screenshots, please upload them to an image hosting site like Imgur and then share the generated URL with us here.
