    Hello,

    I had previously contacted Rank Math to say I did not want to renew my subscription, but I was billed anyway. Can you please cancel my subscription and I would like to request a refund. Thank you.

    In your last ticket, we shared a guide on how you cancel the subscription. Can you please confirm if you follow that guide already?

    Also, it seems that your account is currently on the Free plan. Please share the email you used to subscribe to the PRO plan or you can create a new support ticket using your PRO account so we can address your concern there.
