Refresh sitemap.xml

    I’m using nginx, wp rocket and cloudflare. I’m trying to refresh sitemap.xml following the instructions of this post: https://support.rankmath.com/ticket/force-a-refresh-of-the-xml-sitemap/

    1. Head over to WordPress Dashboard > Settings > Permalinks
    Hit the save button once.

    2. Go to WordPress Dashboard > Rank Math > Sitemap Settings
    Hit the save button once.

    But it doesn’t work.

    It’s really necessary to flush the rewrite rules or disable sitemap caching using a filter?

    add_filter('rank_math/sitemap/enable_caching', '__return_false');

    Thanks for contacting us and we regret the inconvenience caused.

    Could you please let us know if there are some posts/pages/CPTs that are missing in the sitemaps, and which is why you want to refresh the sitemap?

    If yes, then along with saving the Permalinks and Sitemap settings, please ensure that you exclude Rank Math sitemaps from your caching plugin.

    After excluding the sitemaps from your caching plugin, please clear your website’s cache and again save the Permalink and Sitemap settings and see if that fixes the issue.
