    Re purchase RANKMATH231110-7761-51217 dated 10/11/23.

    My credits will not refresh – I receive the message “Your site is blocked. Please contact support”

    Please advise.

    It seems that there might be an issue with your account or the connection between your website and Rank Math. To resolve this, please follow these steps:

    1. Log in to your Rank Math account and ensure that the correct website is listed under the “Websites” tab. You can do this by visiting this URL: https://rankmath.com/my-account/websites/

    2. If the website is listed correctly, please disconnect and then reconnect your Rank Math account from your WordPress admin area. You can do this by going to WordPress Dashboard > Rank Math > Dashboard > Help. Here’s a screenshot for reference:
