Hello,

Google Search Console has identified new issues with http://www.gistfocus.com that I enabled RankMath and AMP on: Referenced AMP URL is self-canonical AMP and Referenced AMP URL is not an AMP.

Below are some of the errors

1. https://www.gistfocus.com/page/32/?MD&amp
2. https://www.gistfocus.com/page/6/?DD&amp
3. https://www.gistfocus.com/page/33/?MD&amp

I have tried to validate Referenced AMP URL is self-canonical AMP but it keeps failing. I have no solution to this issue.

This is the second time i am contacting support. The first was a bad experience because you guys did not help.

I have inspected the page source of one of the affected pages and I can see the issue. Could you please check whether this error is still reproduced when the Rank Math AMP module is disabled?

In that case, we might need to take a closer look at the settings. Please edit the first post on this ticket and include your WP logins in the designated Sensitive Data section.

Hello,

I was able to look into your issue. It seems your tagDiv Composer plugin is editing the canonical URL on your posts. You can test this by deactivating Rank math temporarily and testing the posts.

Could you please check in their support to help you disable this option to allow Rank math to generate the canonical URL.
