Redirections wont import

    Hello Rank Math,

    I have exported all my previous SEO data (WordPress) using the tool provided by your plugin (Rank Math -> Status & Tools -> Import & Export -> Export Settings) and have tried to import all the data on the new page by using the same tool (Rank Math -> Status & Tools -> Import & Export -> Import Settings).

    When doing so, it says “success”. However, when i go into redirections on the new website (where I have imported the data to), there are no redirections.

    Why is that?

    We might need to take a closer look at the settings. Please edit the first post on this ticket and include your WordPress & FTP logins in the designated Sensitive Data section. Also, include the file that you have exported from your other site. You can use a tool like https://wetransfer.com/ to share the file.
    Sensitive Data Section

    It is completely secure and only our support staff has access to that section. If you want, you can use the below plugin to generate a temporary login URL to your website and share that with us instead:

    You can use the above plugin in conjunction with the WP Security Audit Log to monitor what changes our staff might make on your website (if any):

    The one where the settings is exported from or the site i am trying to import it into?

    Hello,

    Thanks for sharing the details.

    I checked and the Redirection table wasn’t created in your database. I fixed this from WP Dashboard > Rank Math > Status & Tools > Database Tools > Recreate Missing Database Tables.

    I have also imported the settings on your site and this time the redirections were also imported. Please check and confirm.
