I take a deeper look and your redirections seems to be working if it uses a “normal” string like “test” but your URLL contains a query string like ?page_id=xxxx
I asked about it to the devs and we are sorry but Rank Math doesn’t have an option to redirect URLs with query strings.
You may have to use any other plugin to redirect URLs like that.

Thanks for this. We’ve also tried to redirect URLs like this one:

But with no luck. Is that the same query string issue for this one?
Do you have any recommendations on another plug in we could use to handle 301s? We want to keep RankMath for everything else (because it’s great!) but it’s just a shame it doesn’t have this feature.

Yes, with that other URL happens the same, since it has the ? (which is called the arguments of the URL), it is not possible to redirect it with Rank Math.
We want to improve the Redirections system in Rank Math so hopefully it will work in a future update, but for now, the best way is using another plugin for that.
You could use a plugin like this one: https://wordpress.org/plugins/redirection/ (it is really famous).
