redirections don’t work

Could you please confirm if the redirections are not added or they’re added but not working?

If the redirections are not added, please follow this guide to enable the Advanced Mode of Rank Math: https://rankmath.com/kb/switch-from-easy-to-advanced-mode/

Then, head over to your WordPress admin area > Rank Math > Status & Tools > Database Tools, and Re-create Missing Database Tables.

Once done, please wait for a few minutes and see if the issue gets fixed.

Please ensure that in the source URL field, the domain exactly matches the current domain (domain in which the redirection is getting created).

Also, you do not necessarily need to add the domain in the source URL field. You can simply add relative URLs (without the domain part). Please try adding relative URLs in the source URL field and see if that fixes the issue.

If the issue persists, we might need to take a closer look at the settings. Please edit the first post on this ticket and include your WordPress & FTP logins in the designated Sensitive Data section.

Please do take a complete backup of your website before sharing the information with us.
