    Redirections are not working at all. Not being saved either.

    I have thoroughfully read the forum and I have tried your solution with “Health check” in order to find out plugins’ conflicts.

    With all plugins disabled and another theme… the issue was still the same.

    So, please tell me what I can do ?

    Hello,

    Thank you for contacting Rank Math and sorry for any inconvenience that might have been caused due to that.

    The Rank Math redirections table is missing on your site. Even after reactivating the Rank Math plugin, the tables are not getting generated. Can you please add your site’s FTP access in the Sensitive Data section so we could try changing some code in the plugin files?

    Hello,

    Sorry for not following up quickly and any inconvenience that might have been caused due to that.

    It looks like the plugin didn’t installed completely on your site. Some Redirections file were missing from the plugins folder.

    To fix it, I removed the plugin and I installed it again from wordpress.org. That seemed to have fixed the issue.

    Can you please confirm?
