Hi, on my site, I used to have lots of product pages, using woocommerce. I have since deleted the plugin and no longer offer those products. Question is, do I need to set up a redirection? As I can see in google search console, there are many soft 404s and Crawled – currently not indexed issues related to them. How do I resolve this problem? Thanks

Yes, if a product is already removed/deleted, you can redirect it to much more relative content.
