I checked both the URLs and indeed no redirection took place.

Please share the redirection you created in the format described by my colleague or you can also share a screenshot of the redirection edit window so that we can understand the insights of the issue. You can use a tool like imgur.com to share the screenshot’s link.

Alternatively, we can have a look at the website to investigate further. In this case, we might need to take a closer look at the settings. Please edit the first post on this ticket and include your WordPress & FTP logins in the designated Sensitive Data section.

Please do take a complete backup of your website before sharing the information with us.
