If you want to set redirection with Rank Math then you’ll have to set individual redirection for each of your post URLs.
In this case, you can use any external plugin on your website to redirect all of your URLs from example.com/post-name to example.com/category-name/post-name.

Normally, WordPress should redirect the old structure to the new permalinks with the category.
However, if that’s not happening on your site, you can try redirection plugins that support it like this one.

Please try following plugin: https://wordpress.org/plugins/redirection/
It has a permalink migration option that should be able to help you redirect the old permalink structure to the new one.
If it also doesn’t work, then unfortunately, there is no other solution we can offer and you will have to create the redirections manually.
