  • Hello,

Thanks for getting in touch with us today.

We might need to take a closer look at the settings. Please edit the first post on this ticket and include your WP logins in the designated Sensitive Data section.
    Sensitive Data Section

It is completely secure and only our support staff has access to that section. If you want, you can use the below plugin to generate a temporary login URL to your website and share that with us instead:

    https://wordpress.org/plugins/temporary-login-without-password/

You can use the above plugin in conjunction with the WP Security Audit Log to monitor what changes our staff might make on your website (if any):

    https://wordpress.org/plugins/wp-security-audit-log/

We really look forward to helping you.

    Hello,

I have updated the sensitive data as requested. Can you please check further?

    Thank you.

    Hello,

Thank you for contacting Rank Math today.

The problem is stemming from All 404 Redirect to Homepage plugin that you have installed on your site that is hijacking all 404 pages and redirecting them to the homepage.
I have deactivated it and the redirections are now working normally.

Looking forward to helping you. Thank you.

Can you show the exact process with the picture? 301 broken links I didn’t want to go to the homepage

    Why did you update WordPress

    Hi there,

    Thanks for the response.

I did not perform any update on your site, please review the access logs to check if another user did this.
I am not sure I understand your question, you had this plugin installed on your site which was redirecting all the 404s to the homepage. Please clarify on how you would like me to help further.

    Thank you.

I didn’t give anyone access except you. WordPress version 5.2.4 has been updated.

    Hello,

Thank you for contacting Rank Math today.

Automatic minor core updates are normally enabled by default in WordPress unless you disable them via wp-config.php file.
I am quite certain that I didn’t perform the update and I am sorry if this has caused any inconvenience. Please use the following plugin to downgrade:
    https://wordpress.org/plugins/wp-downgrade/

Looking forward to helping you. Thank you.
