    Hello,
    i am saying add redirects via the rankmath redirects menu for my website, but I have not been able to solve the problem that it does not add redirects October I would like your support.

    i couldn’t even add 1.

    Hello,

    Thank you for contacting Rank Math and bringing your concern to our attention. I’m sorry for any inconvenience this issue may have caused you.

    I’ve checked your site, and it seems that some Rank Math database tables were not created for some reason. However, I’ve already rebuilt them in Status & Tools so you can create redirections now.

    Also, when I add the sitemap file to the search console, I get a General HTTP error. I don’t use any cache software. Could this be caused by this problem?

    Hello,

    Please head over to your WordPress Dashboard > Rank Math > Status & Tools > Database Tools and click on the button “Re-create Tables”. This should allow you to create any missing Rank Math tables. Please refer to this screenshot:

    I tried flushing the sitemap cache in the Sitemap settings and your sitemap is now loading just fine. If you have any server-level caching services like Cloudflare, kindly clear the caches and re-submit the sitemap to your GSC.
