Hello,
I apologize for the issue you are facing with the redirection on your website. Thank you for providing the old and new URLs along with the screenshot for reference.
To fix the 404 error when accessing the old URL, you can set up a 301 redirect using Rank Math. Here’s how you can do it:
- Go to your WordPress Dashboard.
- Navigate to Rank Math SEO → Redirections.
- Enter the old URL (https://rankmath.com/wp-content/uploads/2023/06/How-to-install-404-to-301-Redirect-Log-and-Notify-404-Errors-1.png) as the Source URL and the new URL (https://rankmath.com/wp-content/uploads/2023/06/How-to-install-404-to-301-Redirect-Log-and-Notify-404-Errors-1.png) as the Destination URL.
- Click on the Add Redirection button to create the 301 redirect.
By setting up this redirection, visitors accessing the old URL will be automatically redirected to the new URL without encountering a 404 error.
If you encounter any difficulties during this process, please feel free to reply to this ticket, and a human agent from the Rank Math Support team will assist you further.
Thank you for bringing this to our attention.
Warm regards
