    Hey Team,
    Please refer to my previous ticket( now closed as I forgot to get in touch with you after you advised me to).
    Now if I enable redirection module, my site does not open at all. SoI kept it disabled. which causing some problems with amp pages of some URLs.
    You asked me to allow access to my wordpress account to look for and fix for good.
    I am requesting you to please fix it.
    once you reply to this ticket and ask me for access, I will immediately provide the access to my admin area.

    Could you also share in the Sensitive Data section some FTP credentials so we can get access again to the website if when testing we lost access (as you said it happens)?

    Thanks for your reply.
    Now I am having bigger problem to contend with after following your instructions to download the new plug in ” temporary login without password”. This plugin completely shut me out of my own user account. Deleted all my user database and made my user control inactive. I can’t even open the user edit. Or add any new user. A message pop up” you have no access “.
    More sinister( in my view) is that all plug in is having button to deactivate, setting and delete. But this one does not having any button at all.
    I can edit posts, write posts etc. But can’t access the user area.
    My wp activity log showed a category 6 warning from a ip address deleted all my user database, made mine and the temporary access for three days granted to rank math support inactive.
    I really need you tech geeks brains to get me rid this sinister plugin please.

    Hello,

    1. That is a 3rd party plugin that is used by 1000s of users across the globe and is the recommended way of asking for one on one help. It is a very respected plugin with absolutely awesome reviews: https://wordpress.org/support/plugin/temporary-login-without-password/reviews/?filter=5

    2. You may not be seeing the options because you are still in the troubleshooting mode. Please disable the troubleshooting mode first and then it will work.

    3. If you can’t disable, remove the plugin files of the temp login plugin using FTP.

    4. For your redirection issue, please deactivate all redirects from WordPress Dashboard > Rank Math > Redirections. Then, enable them one by one until you find the redirect that is causing this issue.
