Sometimes, the redirection manager gives you an alert

Sometimes It does not

Both are examples of an standard post moved to the trash bin
And I’m talking about posts, because if you delete a category or tag, the Alert never comes

Also, the Manager does not alert you of duplicated redirects:

Thank you for contacting Rank Math today.

I cannot seem to replicate the missing alerts on my end. I have however raised the duplicate redirections problem with our developers and hopefully this will be addressed sometime soon.

The missing alerts is a random issue Michael, it happens 10-15% of the time in a production site with solid traffic.
And it happens 100% of the time for taxonomy pages
