  • Hello Morgan,

Thank you for contacting Rank Math and sorry for any inconvenience that might have been caused due to that.

Could you please explain what is auto-redirected? Can we see a few examples?

Have you gone through the Links settings at WordPress Dashboard > Rank Math > General Settings > Links and made sure they match how you want to use them?

Looking forward to helping you. Thank you.

I had to redo the menu, because the category URLs have all disappeared. Now each category is present as

Can you please check if these options or enabled or disabled?

That would explain why you are facing an issue.

    Do let us know.

Was on, ’cause was on in Yoast too.

    Hi Morgan,

    Thanks for the additional info.

Is it possible that you have another plugin on your site that is modifying URLs?
Could you please perform the tests described on this page and let me know if the issue is still reproduced?

Let me know how this goes. Thank you.

If that doesn’t work, we might need to take a closer look at the settings. Please include your WP logins in the designated Sensitive Data section.

It is completely secure and only our support staff has access to that section. If you want, you can use the below plugin to generate a temporary login URL to your website and share that with us instead:

    Temporary Login Without Password

You can use the above plugin in conjunction with the WP Security Audit Log to monitor what changes our staff might make on your website (if any):

    WP Security Audit Log

We really look forward to helping you.

I have updated the sensitive data as requested. Can you please check further?

    Thank you.

Hi Michael, i was forced to reinstall Redirection ’cause the issues and deactivate Rank Math

    Hi Moran,

    Thanks for the patience.

You have a predefined category base on your multisite network that is causing the category links not to work when you enable the strip category base option:

I have disabled the strip category option on the Rank Math settings and your category links should now be able to work as expected.

I am going to raise this with our developers and we will get back to you with an update on this.

We appreciate your patience. Thank you.

Please, don’t activate rank math if you not sure!

    The redirect still goes on.

    See with your eyes ->

With your modify i lost another menu.

I’m forcing to delete Rank Math.

    Hi Morgan,

Thanks for writing back and sorry for any inconvenience caused.

I tested several of your category pages and they were working fine but perhaps I might not have understood your requirements. Would you mind letting me know what you mean by “menus lost” so that I can do some more testing on this from my end?
I have checked the links that you shared but it looks like you have already deactivated RM and installed Yoast.

I am looking forward to your response.
