As I am continue to write new posts and update previous posts on 2 of my websites, I noticed several times that when we change Permalinks of Products then Rank Math only shows the notification that it has noticed a Product Slug change but doesn’t shows the entry in Redirections.
Like I am updating posts on my website download.theteacherpoint.com/product, where I am frequently changing the URLs to match with the length as suggested by Rank Math. All works fine but because it is not automatically creating the Slug Change Redirection entry so I have to manually edit the link within from each post at http://www.theteacherpoint.com/post.

Assuming you are using the latest version of all the plugins and the themes (please update if not yet), it would seem like a conflict with one of the plugins or the theme you are using.
To determine that, please follow this troubleshooting guide:

If the issue persists, please record a video screencast using a tool like Loom showing the troubleshooting and edit the first post on this ticket and include your WordPress & FTP logins in the designated Sensitive Data section.
