  • Hello,

Thank you for getting in touch with us.

Please note that some options are only available when you enable the Advanced Mode in Rank Math. We give you an option to choose between the two during the setup wizard and you must have chosen to use the Easy Mode.

I switched to the Advanced Mode from the top-right corner at WordPress Dashboard > Rank Math > Dashboard and enabled the redirection module on your site. Here is a screenshot for reference:

Hope that helps and please do not hesitate to let us know if you need our assistance with anything else.

Upon logging back in today I was shown the following error, that was not there yesterday when I set up RankMath.

    How can I fix this?

WordPress database error: [Table ‘qrfgervrzx.wp_3t8pz5p20q_rank_math_redirections’ doesn’t exist]
    SELECT SUM(status = “active”) AS active, SUM(status = “inactive”) AS inactive, SUM(status = “trashed”) AS trashed FROM wp_3t8pz5p20q_rank_math_redirections LIMIT 0, 1

    Hi,

Could you please run this SQL query to create the missing redirections table?

    https://support.rankmath.com/ticket/split-redirections-arent-being-added/?view=all#post-54783

If you would like us to do that, please share your cPanel or MySQL logins so we can do it for you.

    Hello,

I have updated the sensitive data as requested. Can you please check further?

    Thank you.

My details have been updated for you to have access.

    Thanks

    To clarify my earlier posts:

Please run the SQL query for me.

    Thanks

    Hello,

I tried the access provided but it seems to require a verification code: You are logging in from an unrecognized browser, device or location. To verify your identity, we have sent you a verification code. If you wish to do this fro you you can disable this temporarily. You can also forward the MySQL Query to your host to do this for you.

    Looking forward to helping you.

    Hello,

I have updated the sensitive data as requested. Can you please check further?

    Thank you.

    Michael,

I’ve temporarily disabled it and provided the access code just in case in the sensitive data.

    Thanks

I switched off Redirection for now so the error isn’t showing on my site.

Feel free to turn it back on for your testing and when the issue is fixed.

    Thanks

    Hello,

We have added the missing tables for you and also added a test redirect.

Everything seems to be working fine.

Please give it a try and let us know if you need our help with anything else.

    Thank you
