Redirection importer is importing 'disabled' redirects as enabled.

    Just found a bug as I was switching over from ‘Yoast’ and ‘Redirection’ plugins.

    Any redirects in the Redirection plugin that are ‘disabled’ are imported and enabled in Rankmath. I’ve tested this on a few sites and it happens each time.

    This could cause significant issues for anyone who assumes the import process was successful, not realising all their old disabled redirects were re-enabled.
