Looks like your .php files are setup to be handled by your web server instead of WordPress.
Until you see the file getting processed by WordPress, Rank Math will not be able to create a redirect for it.
Please ask your web host to change the way .php files are handled or use a .htaccess redirect for that type of redirect.
