After further debugging the issue I found the page which is not getting redirected is blank. It does not have a header or footer which a normal WP Page has. Rank Math Redirection requires the header defined properly, it uses wp hook to redirect users which is not running on the pages.
So something is wrong in your configuration itself. Have you added any code in PHP configuration file or core WP files to prevent certain pages from running the WP hooks? If you’ve not made any changes then please get in touch with your hosting provider they could check the configuration and probably fix it.

I have checked the URL you were redirecting again and I realized it was a media file which was not attached to any post on tour site. I redirected it by adding home URL in redirect orphan attachments in Rank math > General settings >Links.
If you wish to redirect different URLs/Posts, make sure you have turned on the redirect attachments in Rank math general settings then head over to WordPress > Media and click on attach as shown here: https://i.rankmath.com/wwtP3t

These Redirection rules are not working on your site because it looks like you have added the Redirection rules for these URLs in the htaccess file. The Rewrite rules in htaccess will take priority over the Rank Math’s redirection rules.
To check, please disable the Redirections module from Rank Math modules settings ( Dashboard >> Rank Math >> Modules ) and open the page. You will see it gets redirected to the homepage. So that indicates, the Redirection rules for these URLs already exist on your site which is taking priority over the rules you created in Rank Math’s Redirection Settings.
I hope this clears the confusion.

Yes, we can check it again but we will need you to share again the credentials since once the thread was set as “Resolved”, it cleared all the data in the Sensitive Data section (as a security measure).

I did not change anything since I saw it was already working (everything I did is what you see in the screencast). Since you say it is not working, could you let us know (in the Sensitive Data section) which URLs are not working? Since we used the test URL to test if it worked and it did, so if other URLs are not working we should check why in those specific cases.
