Redirection active, not listed and debug console not showing

    Hello,
    unfortunately when I create a new page I can’t use that URL slug. It gets changed to “url-slug”-2.

    When I open this URL it gets redirected to my homepage. When I activate Debug Redirections, the Debug Console is not showing, but it is still redirecting.

    I have no other Redirection plugin active.

    General Setting -> Redirections:
    – Debug Redirections: On
    – Fallback Behaviour: 404
    – Redirection Type: 301
    – Auto Post Redirect: Off

    Ok, found the problem. I had an media element, that had this exact URL. But I still I have two questions:

    – why didn’t the debug console show that?

    – and can you no index all media elements?

    Hello Daniel,

    Thanks for getting in touch with us.

    1. Debug mode only shows for URLs added via WordPress Dashboard > Rank Math > Redirections

    But the redirect you were seeing was because of another setting.

    2. You can do that from WordPress Dashboard > Rank Math > Titles & Meta > Attachments
