    It seems you are trying to redirect a domain variation.

    You may need to fix this using your htaccess file instead. Please follow this guide: https://stackoverflow.com/questions/234723/generic-htaccess-redirect-www-to-non-www/1270281#1270281 and apply this to your htaccess configuration.

    Hi thanks for the info, but I have not been able to solve it, what I do not understand is that I have the SSL plugin, which is the one that should do the redirection right? What could I do? Thanks

    Upon checking your website, the www version is throwing an error as you can see in this screenshot:
    null

    Could you please check this one with your hosting provider?
