Sorry to disappoint you but you cannot redirect your Homepage with Rank Math, all other URL’s on your website can be redirected using the Redirection Manager of Rank Math.
To redirect your Homepage, you may use the .htaccess or other similar tools.

Thanks. Can I use the plugin Redirection by John Godley for this? Or any other tool that will not conflict with Rank Math?

Using multiple plugins for a similar task might result in conflicts. You can, however, disable the Redirections module of Rank Math and then use other redirection plugins to redirect your homepage.
You can disable the Redirections module from your WordPress admin area > Rank Math > Dashboard. https://i.rankmath.com/hmDHxH

Thanks, this works out for me just fine for now. And I also saw that I can use Rank Math to edit the .htaccess
