Redirected URL shows up as Non-Indexable in Screaming Frog

I am just getting started with the redirection function in RankMath SEO and I recently created a 301 re-direct for a page.

Now when I audit my site with Screaming Frog it shows my new redirected page as Non-Indexable & Canonicalised.

Searching Screaming Frog support it says this is caused by:

“It’s fairly common for sites to have a self referencing meta refresh for various reasons and generally this doesn’t impact indexing of the page. However, it should be investigated further, as it’s redirecting to itself, and this is why it’s flagged as ‘non-indexable’.”

Did I setup the redirect incorrectly?

    Hi Ron,

Thanks for getting in touch with us.

The redirect seems to be setup properly:
    redirect ccheck

There is no need to worry. The alert you see in Screaming Frog is most likely in error.

Hope that helps and please do not hesitate to let us know if you need our assistance with anything else.
