I have logged in to your site to check this issue, here’s what I found:
When I visit one of the URLs from the 404 monitor, I can see 2 consecutive redirects:
– From https://www.tradingfacileonline.com/index.php/la-settimana-sui-mercati-in-attesa-della-bce
– To https://tradingfacileonline.com/index.php/la-settimana-sui-mercati-in-attesa-della-bce
– And then from there to https://tradingfacileonline.com/
Only the second redirect is handled by Rank Math, the www to non-www redirection is done somewhere else, and it looks like that is when the 404 gets registered in the system. This is logged by the 404 monitor but on the client side there is no 404, so this error can be ignored safely. You can exclude these from appearing in the log by going to Rank Math > General Settings > 404 Monitor > Exclude Paths, add https://www.tradingfacileonline.com in the text field and select “Starts with” in the dropdown. Then, these errors should not show up anymore in the logs.

Upon further inspection, we found that the issue is probably related to a bug in Rank Math versions 1.0.39 & 1.0.39.1.
We will possibly fix it in version 1.0.40. Please keep an eye out for the update, and let us know if that doesn’t fix it for you. Until then, you can ignore these 404 errors, or exclude such URLs from the 404 monitor in Rank Math > General Settings > 404 Monitor > Exclude Paths, as I described in my previous post.

I have checked your sitemap and it is loading fine for me. If the issue should happen in future, you can fix it with the following steps:
1. Head over to WordPress Dashboard > Settings > Permalinks
Hit the save button once.
2. Go to WordPress Dashboard > Rank Math > Sitemap Settings
Hit the save button once.
That should fix the issue.
If it doesn’t, please do let us know so we can look at this further.
Hi there is the problem with the sitemap again, I made the screen, I have to click on save settings again, then the problem disappears.

It might be happening because of the changes you are making on your website or because your .htaccess file is getting rolled back to default somehow.

Can you please talk to your web hosting provider and ask them why the rewrite rules aren’t “sticking”?
