Do you mean you did not create redirects but they are redirected anyway?
If so, you might have enabled the fallback 404 option at WordPress Dashboard > Rank Math > General Settings > Redirections:
If you mean that the 404s that you redirected are showing up in the 404 monitor still – that is on purpose because technically, the URLs are hitting a 404 and then redirected. You can exclude them at WordPress Dashboard > Rank Math > General Settings > 404 Monitor.
In the meantime, we will be working on improving the functionality.

unfortunately I can’t attach screenshots here. Now on page 404 there are pages already redirected. It is the redirect that is not working properly

The plugin that manages the cache is swift performance.

I’m jumping in here to confirm that the redirection works from my end as well – it’s taking me to the page it’s supposed to, according to your redirection settings.
I’d also like to add that 301 (permanent) redirections are often cached by the browser and you might need to do one of these things to test it correctly:
A. Clear the browser.
B. Try it in incognito mode.
C. Try it in a different browser.

Hi, thanks for the reply. The problem I encounter, as you can see from the screen, is the fact that in section 404 there are always the same pages searched with error 404.
