The redirection you have added is for WWW to the non-WWW version of your site.
You can try this code in your .htaccess to redirect your website from HTTP to HTTPS and www to non-www. (replace the website with your actual website name)
RewriteEngine on
RewriteCond %{HTTPS} !=on [NC]
RewriteRule ^(.*)$ https://%{HTTP_HOST}/$1 [R=301,L]
RewriteCond %{HTTP_HOST} ^www.website.com [NC]
RewriteRule ^(.*)$ https://website.com/$1 [L,R=301]
Furthermore, you can also get in touch with your web host since they are in a better place for this kind of redirect.
