Redirect Export Limit - Support

Hello – I have RankMath installed and trying to export the redirects. We have 1,552 redirects however when exporting, the .txt file only returns 1000 redirect records.

I saw this page – https://support.rankmath.com/ticket/redirection-manager-is-unable-to-export-more-than-1000-records/ – however the snippet offered to put in the functions.php file seemed to only mention importing and not exporting. We need to be able to have all 1552 redirect export records in the expected .txt file.

Thanks for contacting us and we regret the inconvenience caused.

Unfortunately, we do not have that option available. However, you can edit line number 60 of the includes/modules/redirections/class-export.php file to set the export limit as per your requirement. Please see this screenshot for a quick reference: https://i.rankmath.com/SZGV1Q

Hi Prabhat,

Thanks so much for responding however that didn’t seem to accomplish it. I went into the plug-in editor to update the limit parameter as your screenshot pointed out but the export still only returns 1000 records. Below is a URL with a screen-capture video showing me updating the file within the plug-in editor, saving, flushing cache and attempting to export. I open the text file and copy the data, store it into a variable in the Chrome console and find the length of the redirections object which only returns 1000. I thought maybe line 65 would need changed as well to swap out ‘count’ with ‘limit’ but that also did not work.
