Please try adding the following regex rule to redirect /web/ to /review/.
Type: Regex
Source URL: web/(.*)
Destination URL: review/$1
After you apply the rule, following sample redirection should be created:
https://domain.com/web/slug to https://domain.com/review/slug

I’ve done your advice using

But then it redirecting my website so many times (loop redirect). How to fix that?

Please clear your browser and server cache and check if that works. If not, there may be another redirect that is conflicting with your new redirect and causing the redirect loop.
