Thank you for contacting Rank Math and bringing your concern to our attention.
The bars indicate the length of the words. If your title is too long or short, it turns red. When the title is of an appropriate length, it turns green.
In your screenshot, the bars have all turned red in the meta description because it detects the pixel (925px/920px) even if the characters are only 149/160.
