    I cant see any tools tab in status and tools window like you suggest.

    The last time you had to login yourself with a temp user to solve the problem.

    I need this fixed with a clear answer now, theres a lot of unnecessary to-&-fro.

    In your screenshot, you have to check the “Database Tools” option. That is where you will see the option to convert your old unsupported reviews to any other supported review type. Please note that the option will only be available if you have used Rank Math’s review Schema in the past. If you imported from Yoast or used some other plugin to add the Review Schema, you will not see that option in the Database Tools tab.

    I checked your previous ticket and it seems you had incorrectly done the import and we have to manually login to fix the issue.

    Please provide your WP and cPanel logins once again if you would like us to do the same fix again.

    It doesn’t seem like you were using review schema and so the whole process converting was not necessary.

    The URL with issues seems it was set to no schema. I did the following to resolve the error.
    1. Changed the schema to article and updated the post
    2. Switched the schema to none and update the post again.

    Please check to confirm the issue is no longer.

    I am afraid we do not have a solution for this.

    We can give you a filter to use but unless you are good with coding – it is not going to be of much use.

    Otherwise, you have to manually update the Schema of all the posts where you are used the unsupported Review Schema previously.
