All of your data from Rank Math are saved in your database. Which is why deactivating Rank Math shouldn’t remove all of your Rank Math data from your site until you’ve erased them from your database using the following method:

In short, reactivating Rank Math should resolve your issue and you should be able to work with all of your SEO data again if you didn’t remove them from your database.
