    Dear sir/madame,

Accidentally i installed a 301 permanent redirection on my site. However, the redirection should have been temporary, as i was working on building this page. In order to fix this, i decided to delete the redirection, in the hope it would recover my problem so that i could use the site page again.

Unfortunately, the redirection is still active and redirects my page to an temporary ‘under construction’ page.
How can i fix this, as the page is ready to go live. I would prefer to retain the url, but i’m afraid it wont work that way.

    Thanks in advance!

    Hello,

Thank you for contacting Rank Math and sorry for any inconvenience that might have been caused due to that.

Did you create that redirection using Rank Math? If yes, once you delete it from the redirections panel, it should be removed.

If it doesn’t, please add the source URL of the redirection, the target URL of the redirection and also some login credentials (with the help of the following guide) so we can log in and check it:

Please edit the first post on this ticket and include your WP logins in the designated Sensitive Data section.
    Sensitive Data Section

It is completely secure and only our support staff has access to that section. If you want, you can use the below plugin to generate a temporary login URL to your website and share that with us instead:

    https://wordpress.org/plugins/temporary-login-without-password/

You can use the above plugin in conjunction with the WP Security Audit Log to monitor what changes our staff might make on your website (if any):

We really look forward to helping you.

    Hello,

Since we did not hear back from you for 15 days, we are assuming that you found the solution. We are closing this support ticket.

If you still need assistance or any other help, please feel free to open a new support ticket, and we will be more than happy to assist.

    Thank you.
