If you’re referring to the default meta description in Rank Math > Titles & Meta > [Post Type], then you may check if you have a backup created in Rank Math > Status & Tools > Import & Export:

If you have created custom descriptions before (typed in manually in the meta description tab upon editing the page), then we recommend getting in touch with your web host for the full backup of your site if it’s available.
The custom metadata are not saved in Rank Math settings, so you may resort to a backup from your hosting provider.
