Hi Support,

We recently have a small update in our database tables we also removed the database tables for rank math seo and after that when we try to install the rank math again we are getting error. we can’t able to access even the dashboard or site. so that we are removing the plugin from SFTP. after removing the plugin it works normal.

Please help us find a solution for this kind of issue thank you.

Hello,

Sorry for any inconvenience that might have been caused due to that.

It seems like new tables are not getting created in the Database or some old plugin has left an incorrect entry.

1. Please follow these steps to fix the issue:

2. Please follow only the first 2 steps and clear your caches. The following steps mentioned in the article are for advanced users.
