re-installation error

    Hi!
    First: I love this plugin; it really helps me!

    Now, I think I have th same problem as described here:
    https://support.rankmath.com/ticket/re-installation-error/

    It arose after using wp-optimize that suggested to clean the database and let me delete tables that where obviously in use by Rank Math. Un- and reinstalling doesnot help.

    I downloaded repair-action-scheduler.php,
    Uploaded to the root of the site,
    Ran it (no messages)
    Problem remains the same…
    Something I do wrong? How to get it going again….?

    Hello,

    Thank you for your query and we are so sorry about the trouble this must have caused.

    You have marked the ticket as resolved so we assume that the issue is resolved?

    If not, we will need WP logins so we can take a closer look at this.

    It wasnot clear to me the repair php was a plugin… dumb dumb… after running it as plugin problem was solved. Maybe you could add one line of instruction for the next one?
