    Hello,
I had 3 re-directions, so I created new pages, then the re-directions were still showing up, so my host provider deactivated (re-named it )the plugin. the re-directions have quit. I would still like to use the plugin. I don’t want to start from scratch otherwise I have over 1,000 pages I would have to redo. How do I reactivate it and change the settings to stop the re-directions? https://heartatworkonline.org

  • Hello,

Thank you for contacting Rank Math and sorry for any inconvenience that might have been caused due to that.

To activate the plugin you can do that in WordPress plugins. If it doesn’t seem to be installed, you can delete the plugin files, don’t worry your settings are safe in the database, and reinstall it again. You test your redirecting URLs here: https://www.redirect-checker.org to see the redirecting URL and where it redirects to.

If the issue persists, we might need to take a closer look at the settings. Please edit the first post on this ticket and include your WP logins in the designated Sensitive Data section.
    Sensitive Data Section

It is completely secure and only our support staff has access to that section. If you want, you can use the below plugin to generate a temporary login URL to your website and share that with us instead:

    https://wordpress.org/plugins/temporary-login-without-password/

You can use the above plugin in conjunction with the WP Security Audit Log to monitor what changes our staff might make on your website (if any):

    https://wordpress.org/plugins/wp-security-audit-log/

We really look forward to helping you.

    Hello,

    Thank you.
