It seems like it has a problem with the latest releases of the Beaver Builder plugin. How can I be sure that its the its BB’s problem or RM’s problem? Should I contact Beaver Builder as well?

I cannot reproduce this myself since I do not have BB installed and thus it is safe to say that the changes in the latest version of this page builder has triggered this.
I would suggest that you reach out to their team and check if this is something that they can patch with an update. I am also passing this on to our developers so that we can investigate further.
