I purchased RankMatch Pro Unlimited on 01/09/2021 (US$72.57). I have created an account with the same email address used to make the purchase which is g*****@i***** but the purchase is not listed in my account and I cannot enable the PRO features.I tried getting my account info from https://rankmathllc.onfastspring.com/account, the message says “An email was sent with instructions for accessing your account email” unfortunately I don’t get the video.
I have attached a copy of the receipt I received on September 1 2021 at this link >https://ibb.co/V3mtqdM, can you please look into this.Thank you
