    I ordered Rankmath pro, but it’s not under my name.

    I talked to the American Express about removing it, so I can purcahse again under my name. If this does not work, can you place it under my name, Lynn Sheldon, as I signed up before purchasing it. I believe I already had a name from a previous purchase, but did not have the info, so I may have opened another name. Please fix this on your end or retract the order because I am not sure they will do anything about it. If you need to reach me quickly, [sensitive data]

    Can you please clarify if the email address in the sensitive data section mentioned after the Business subscription belongs to you and that’s where the purchase was made?
