Hi, I know this is a common problem and I have tried a number of solutions to fix this issue, but to no avail. I am using RankMath on a setup with theme and plugins similar to other websites, but for some reason, the meta data and keywords will not save. For example, after entering in keywords and saving, then refreshing the page, a red keyword “Invalid” takes it’s place and all the meta data is erased.

We might need to take a closer look at the settings. Please edit the first post on this ticket and include your WP logins in the designated Sensitive Data section.
It is completely secure and only our support staff has access to that section. If you want, you can use the below plugin to generate a temporary login URL to your website and share that with us instead:
