Rankmath not saving keywords and meta description

    Hi, I have been using RankMath since 6 months now for my blog. Its all features worked great.

    But recently, when I write blog posts rank math doesn’t save the keywords and meta description for my blog post. After I type all in the boxes and save it, it doesn’t show any seo score in the all posts section.

    I also cannot edit previously published blog post’s keywords. It doesn’t save anything at all.

    I also tried to disable security plugin as well to check whether it blocks rank math.

    Hello,

    Thank you for contacting Rank Math and sorry for any inconvenience that might have been caused due to that.

    After checking it, it seems you get the following errors when trying to save:

    https://website.com/wp-json/rankmath/v1/updateMeta?_locale=user 403
post.php:1 Uncaught (in promise) {code: "invalid_json", message: "The response is not a valid JSON response."}

    Those errors usually are caused when something is blocking access to the WordPress API REST.

    Since I already tried for plugin conflicts and even with everything disabled, it still doesn’t work, I would recommend contacting your hosting support, to check if something is blocking the WordPress API REST.

    Hi, I finally abled to fix the issue by contacting my host provider. The problem was caused by a plugin. Thank you
